Listen to music
This is one of the easiest ways to reduce stress. Plug in to your favorite radio channel or your music player and listen to music at regular intervals during the day or at a particular time.
Laugh and smile
Try to smile as often as you can. Do not carry a grumpy face all day long. It harms you as well as others. And instead of joining laughing clubs, try to get a real laugh with your friends and family.
When you eat healthy and eat well, you will automatically feel good about yourself and that will lighten your mood. Try to include loads of veggies, fruits, fish, eggs, meat, chocolate, etc. that can improve your mood significantly.
